Poster Guidelines
The poster reception will take place at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, May 10 in the Revere Hotel’s Liberty Hall.
Poster Dimensions:
Each author will share one-side of a poster board with one other author. Each author will have a useable area measures 45 inches (114.3 cm) wide x 114.3 cm high. You may choose a vertical or horizontal format. Poster materials may not extend outside the assigned half-board.
Other notes on posters:
Posters will be mounted to the boards using T-Pins.
Your presentation should contain succinct headings that organize and logically display the information (e.g. 'Introduction,' 'Objectives,' 'Methods,' 'Results,' 'Conclusions').
Summarize the research using graphics when possible (e.g. charts, tables, graphs, images, etc.). Minimize the amount of text. Elaboration is best done verbally -- just as if it were an oral presentation using slides.
The poster should be readable from distances of approximately 3’. Lettering should be at least 1" high.
