COVID-19 Protocols:
COVID-19: The safety of CHARGE attendees is our top priority. We will continue to closely monitor local and institutional policies regarding Covid-19 safety. At present, we expect that the following will apply to our meeting:
Testing Requirements:
Attendees must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test before entering the conference. Please allow time to self-test before entering the meeting or provide digital photo results from a PCR or other rapid antigen test. Each attendee will receive a self-test kit.
Vaccine Requirements:
Proof of full vaccination (booster not required).
A Covid-19 vaccination card (or digital photo) and government-issued ID will be required to complete check-in at the conference registration table.
Mask Requirements:
All attendees must wear face masks except when actively eating and drinking.
Each attendee will receive a mask at check in.
