CHARGE Seattle

On behalf of the CHARGE Research Steering Committee and Meeting Planning Committee, we are pleased to provide details for the CHARGE Investigator meeting at the Seattle Waterfront Marriott.  

The main Congress sessions and most working group meetings will take place Thursday and Friday, October 13 and 14, 2022. On Thursday evening, we will hold the poster reception at the Seattle Aquarium, including admission to the venue and a light dinner. The AI/ML in Biomedicine pre-conference workshop on Wednesday, October 12 is open to all registered attendees.

Day-of Parking: 

There are several garages near the Conference Hotel. The closest is in the World Trade Center West garage (2200 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA 98121). Rates vary depending upon length of stay.  Valet parking at the hotel is available at rate of $55 per day. 


Thursday Evening Poster Reception:

The poster reception at the Seattle Aquarium, includes admission to the venue and a light dinner. Doors open at 6:30.


Poster Presenters: 

When you enter the Aquarium, there will be a CHARGE staff member at the entrance to direct you to the poster board area. You will have between 6:30 and 7:00 pm to hang your poster. The poster session runs from 6:30 to 9:15 pm. You will need to remove your poster immediately after the end of the session.


For all investigators to explore the Aquarium and enjoy the dinner options, the poster session will take place in two waves.


Even Numbered Posters: 7:00pm to 7:45pm

Odd Numbered Posters: 7:45pm to 8:30pm

Registration includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and coffee on the selected day(s), as well as a light dinner and admission to the Seattle Aquarium for Thursday evening’s private poster presentation.

Note: the site will first ask each user to sign-up for an IRIS account with their name and e-mail before proceeding to register for the meeting
